This coming spring promises to be a busy season here in Central Vermont. The first-time-home-buyer tax credit as well as the existing home buyer credit are set to expire in the end of June (A contract must be signed by April 30, 2010) and we have already seen an upswing in inquiries from buyers since the new year.
