Raised here in Central Vermont - Maple corners - to be precise, Sam has spent untold days driving back roads, talking to neighbors all over, learning where the best places are to farm, to live, to vacation.  She's purchased, renovated, rented out, and manages properties in the Montpelier area and can share information with you about that process.  Sam's also worked with architects and professionals in the design industry for 20 years in New York and New England and has an uncanny ability to see through to see through walls to the true potential of your property.
